Ok, so it's been a couple days since I wrote last, I've been a little busy.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I've been doing a lot of research and I think I have my perfect plan.I will be dancing for exercise and eating the right foods to make me feel better. I can't wait to start! It's going to be amazing to finally feel better about myself.
I really can't wait to get this thing started and make sure I feel better about being outside. My goal is to lose 30lbs before the start of summer before my vacation in July. Think I can do it? I think so. No, I know so. ^_^ Wish me luck!! I will post my first photo tomorrow along with weight, measurements, height and all those good things.
A lot of my friends think I'm setting myself up for pain writing and making all this public, but I think it'll be good motivation to keep going. For everyone that says I can do it, I feel confident. And for those who say I can't do it, it pushes me harder to succeed just to prove them wrong.
Hope I don't disappoint anyone, myself included.
