I'm alaways thinking of ways to make myself healthier. I get SHAPE magazine in the mail every month and I love the articles. They always have the best ways to cut calories and boost your workout.
Anywho, as I read through different articles about health and wellness, I saw that I already knew a lot of it. But that's ok because a lot of readers don't.
It's a Wednesday today, and I plan on having the perfect game plan for myself by Monday and along with my workout, I'm hoping to lose fast and in a healthy way. It's going to be an adventure, but all in all I think it will be a very good thing.
If you have any advice, or if you have anything to ask, comment and I will answer in my next post. That is, of course, assuming that someone is reading this. ^_^
